Notifications

Studio emails the workspace owner when a run finishes, fails, or reaches an approval gate. Email is the only channel. Choose which of these events email you in Settings > Notifications.

Event types

Each event has its own toggle in Settings > Notifications:

• Workflow completed - a run finished successfully
• Workflow failed - a run stopped with an error
• Approval required - an approval gate is waiting for a decision

Emails are sent to the workspace owner’s account address. The approval email carries a direct link to the review screen.
